Miles Hollingbury
Master Mariner
Miles is a maritime expert with nearly 50 years of experience. Starting as a trainee merchant navy officer, he earned his Master Mariner's license in his twenties and worked on ice-breaking vessels in the Canadian Arctic. Transitioning to shore roles, he served as Port Captain and Superintendent, collaborating with industry stakeholders.
He co-founded a marine services company offering logistical solutions before joining the Ledcor Group, where he managed major projects like a floating terminal and won the 2011 Innovation Award for his anchoring system.
Later, at Western Stevedoring, Miles rose to Director of Business Development, driving financial growth and innovation during the 2021-2022 supply chain crisis. His qualifications include a Master Mariner's license, advanced maritime certifications, and an ONC in Nautical Science.

Guy Hollingbury
Operations Manager
Guy is an HMS Conway Naval Training School graduate with an ONC in Nautical Science and a Master's in Project Management (AAPM).
He is a strategic leader with decades of experience spanning shipping, technology, and consulting: cargo operations, risk management, and logistics optimization.
As an Operations Manager at PM Breakbulk & Project Services, Guy provides on-site supervision of all marine and inland operations, ensuring efficiency and safety in cargo handling.
His previous role as Managing Principal Consultant at Hollingbury & Associates involved advising businesses on infrastructure, quality assurance, and risk mitigation—a testament to his ability to navigate complex operational challenges.

This is awarded by Ledcor (a two billion dollar in revenue industrial conglomerate) to recognize ideas that contribute to the success of the company which strike a balance between practical necessity and economic reality. This was awarded in recognition of the innovative anchoring system we used for the seaplane docks.
